Polished to Perfection: Our House Rules
Thank you for understanding and adhering to these policies. They are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. You have a 20-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $5 late fee will be added. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
No-Call/No-Show
If you miss two appointments without notification, you will no longer be able to book appointments with me in the future.
Nail Conditions
I do not work over other nail technicians' work or perform foreign soak-offs. Please come with bare nails. Additionally, I do not work on damaged nails, nails with fungus, or infected skin around the nails.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable.
No Extra Guests
Due to limited space, please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment.
Appointment Duration
As a beginner, my sets may take between 2-5 hours. Your patience is appreciated, so please do not rush the process.
